The Exscribe EHR Mobile App enhances the Orthopedic intake workflow by enabling patients to review, complete and sign-off on forms and questionnaires using an iOS device.
Exscribe EHR Mobile also provides clinical users with secure, remote access to a patient chart and the ability to access select areas of the Exscribe EHR desktop application including:
- Viewing Providers schedules
- Viewing and modifying the patients visit status and room
- Capturing Patient Photos
- Reconciling patient allergies, medication and medical conditions.
- Reviewing, adding or editing patient vital signs
- Reviewing, adding or editing key patient demographics
- Reviewing patients chart
- Annotating or signing patient notes and attachments.
- Distributing patient educational material.
- Handwritten notes.
